Phone number: when you call our practice line or provide your number at checkout, we record it to identify your account and practice credits.
Purchase information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card number; we only receive the order amount, the plan purchased, and the phone number you provide.
Usage records: your remaining practice credits and usage, used to provide the service.

短信通知 SMS Communications

我们只向以下用户发送短信:拨打过我们练习热线的用户,或在购买时填写了电话号码的用户。您可以随时回复 STOP 退订短信,回复 HELP 获取帮助。退订后您仍可正常使用已购买的练习次数。

We only send SMS to users who have called our practice line or provided their phone number at purchase. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Unsubscribing does not affect your purchased practice credits.

信息共享 Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your mobile number and SMS consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing. We use service providers only as necessary to operate the service (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for phone and SMS delivery); they process data solely on our behalf.

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service. To request deletion of your number and records, please contact us.
