服务说明 Service Description
我们提供自动化电话练习服务,帮助用户准备美国公民入籍考试(USCIS Naturalization Test)。用户拨打练习热线,用英语回答公民考试问题,并获得中文反馈。新用户可获得免费试用;之后可通过网站购买练习次数。练习次数自到账之日起 365 天内有效。
We provide an automated phone practice service that helps users prepare for the USCIS Naturalization Test. Users call our practice line, answer civics questions in English, and receive feedback in Chinese. New users receive a free trial; additional practice credits can be purchased on our website. Credits are valid for 365 days from the date they are added.

计划内容:拨打我们的练习热线或在购买时提供电话号码,即表示您同意接收与服务相关的短信,包括:免费试用开通确认、购买及练习次数到账通知、服务状态通知,以及关于我们练习服务的优惠信息。
Program description: By calling our practice line or providing your phone number at purchase, you consent to receive service-related SMS messages, including free trial confirmation, purchase and credit confirmation, service status notifications, and occasional promotional offers about our practice service.
短信频率 Message frequency:频率因使用情况而异,通常每月不超过 4 条。Message frequency varies based on your usage; typically no more than 4 messages per month.
费率 Message and data rates:短信和数据费用可能适用,以您的运营商资费为准。Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
退订 Opt-out:您可随时回复 STOP 退订短信。退订后我们将不再向您发送短信,您已购买的练习次数不受影响。To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time.

运营商对短信的延迟或未送达不承担责任。Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
购买与退款 Purchases and Refunds
练习次数为一次性购买,通过 Stripe 安全付款。付款成功后练习次数自动到账。练习次数一经使用不予退款;如遇系统故障导致练习无法正常进行,该次练习不会计入扣费,或我们将为您补偿相应次数。
Practice credits are one-time purchases processed securely through Stripe. Credits are added automatically after payment. Used credits are non-refundable; if a system failure prevents a practice session from completing normally, that session will not be charged, or we will restore the corresponding credits.

我们提供的是考试练习与辅导服务,不提供法律服务或移民法律意见,亦不保证任何考试或移民申请的结果。考试结果取决于用户自身的准备情况和 USCIS 的审核。
We provide test practice and coaching services. We do not provide legal services or immigration legal advice, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any test or immigration application. Results depend on your own preparation and USCIS review.
合理使用 Acceptable Use
练习次数仅限本人使用,不得转售。我们保留对滥用行为(包括利用系统漏洞重复获取免费次数)暂停服务的权利。
Practice credits are for personal use only and may not be resold. We reserve the right to suspend service for abuse, including exploiting the system to obtain free credits repeatedly.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
